Final Project Pitch

Pitch Statement: To create a title sequence//trailer for documentary about rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers.

Synopsis: This documentary will cover the evolution of the band from the early stages to worldwide fame.  It will show the various aspects of the bands career which include starting out in small Los Angeles clubs, development of its own style, dealing with drugs and death of bands member, and rise to iconic fame status.

The main important theme of the story is the bands stronghold, which survived many ups and downs.

The design of this title sequence/ trailer will include live and still footage, motion typography, combined with scene transitions

Name of the network:  TV NYC Beat

TV NYC Beat a network on the move! Explores New York City’s local events and happenings.

The programming content is a variety of news magazines, music videos, and short documentaries reflecting interesting events and people who create it.  Most of the content is shot on location to give the audience the “no edited” feeling.

The audience targets for TV NYC Beat are vibrant, open-minded individuals in different age groups who participate in New York’s happenings and adventurous nightlife.

The design of TV NYC Beat network is all about edgy, funky, hip visualizations that represent the city’s multiple subcultures.
